About Posada
Jerónimo plays across the front line — as a striker, an attacking midfielder or out wide — and what defines him is his striking: he shoots well from distance and takes the free kicks, penalties and corners. This semester he has 14 goals and 13 assists between the league with Academia Deportiva Estudiantil and the Baby Fútbol de Salón, where he was top scorer and player of the tournament.
He came through FormaAntioquia and has been at the Academia since 2022. Alongside that he trains in futsal with the Medellín city team, which is where his close control in tight spaces comes from. He sometimes wears the armband and is always a reference point: when the team is losing, he is the one who lifts them. He is currently working on playing more with his back to goal and laying the ball off, rather than looking to turn every time.
